 Our guarantee is that any surface that we clean will remain free of mold, mildew, or algae for up to 6 months from your service date. If any mold, mildew, or algae returns within 6 months of your original service date, we will return and touch it up for free. Our warranty on a roof wash is 1 year. 

Yes, we carry a $1 million dollar insurance policy in the event that the unexpected happened and your property is damaged.

It is advised that you wash your house annually. This will provide continuous protection from damaging mold, mildew, algae, and other contaminants.

With our annual membership we will reach out and see if you would like to get scheduled for a repeat cleaning or would like a quote on additional cleaning. We will keep track of when your house was last washed so that way you can worry less about your home. 

It is imposable to give you an exact time as every job is different from the size of the area to the amount and type of buildup being cleaned. However, our technicians will stay as long as needed to deliver the best results possible.

According to the National Association of Realtors, cleaning the exterior of your home can increase the sale price by $15,000.

Yes, we do require access to a working water spigot on the property. It would be dangerous to haul all of the water needed to complete most services we provide. 

We are capable as some of our customers have wells. We will just need to evaluate the flow upon our arrival, and we will let you know immediately if we have any concerns or issues with the well.

We work in most conditions, however if it is to extreme or it poses a risk to our technicians we will reach out to reschedule your service.

Pressure washing is when you apply high pressure water to a surface in order to clean it.

Soft wash is when you apply specialty chemicals to clean the surface. 

No, our technicians are professionals and know the proper way to handle our equipment. By reviewing the type and condition of the surface being cleaned we will set the pressure to the minimum amount of pressure needed for cleaning. 

Yes, not only do we take pride in our results we also take pride in being family oriented, and that is also extended to you, your family, your pets, and your property. That is why the products that we use are biodegradable.

Yes, we preform what is called soft washing that is low pressure water with our proprietary soap and disinfectant. This mixture safely kills mold, mildew, fungus, and algae.

We wash most delicate surfaces with the solutions that we use. However, we would have to evaluate the delicate surface to ensure that it is capable of being cleaned. 

Our services are exterior surfaces only.

Yes, our organic cleaner will remove that. 

House washing uses what is known as soft wash. A soft wash uses lower pressure and biodegradable cleaners to remove mold, mildew, algae, dirt, and other contaminants from the exterior of your home.

We do clean windows. During a house wash we wash your windows the same as your siding. If you have hard water your windows will have hard water spots on them after they dry. We do offer a separate window cleaning that will leave the exterior of your windows spotless.

Yes, we have an effective cleaner for brick surfaces that is also biodegradable.

Yes, it is an add on service that we provide. However, we do not clean the down spouts.

The dark streak or streaks on your roof is Gloeocapsa Magma. It is an algae that eats away at the limestone in your shingles. Our roof treatment is designed to remove these dark streaks and neutralize the algae at the roots.

It is a form of soft wash where we use a proprietary mixture that removes mold, mildew, and algae that make up the dark spots. The soft wash is very low pressure to prevent any damage to your roof material.

Our roof treatment does not include debris removal.

Yes and no. We do not physically remove it at the time of service. However, our treatment will neutralize it at the roots allowing it to fall off naturally over time. 

It depends on the depth that the roots are embedded. That is why we offer a 1 year warranty from the date of your original service.

We start with washing your concrete with biodegradable chemicals and a safe amount of pressure. This will remove the dirt, grime, and organic growth from the surface to allow for proper application of our sealer. Our sealer is then applied penetrating the surface and soaking into the pores of the concrete strengthening it from within. 

We seal regularly porous concrete. The sealer we use is not designed for stamped concrete.

We use a premium siloxane-silane mixture that will penetrate the surface to help prevent cracking, chipping, and pitting.

No, our sealer works from the inside. This means that your concrete will not become slippery, it will also not change in appearance.

Our process will lighten them in color, but we can not guarantee complete removal.

Our process may lighten them in color, however marks from organics should go away fully on their own over time.

No, we only ask that you close all windows and doors on the date of your service as well as provide access to a working water spigot.

It’s not practical to give you an exact time of arrival. We do multiple jobs and each one is unique. This is the reason that we do not require you to be present during your service. 

We will reach out to you via text or call when your technician is on the way.

Yes, we guarantee the best results possible using safe and effective processes.

You will need to place a card on file when scheduling. You will not be charged until after the service is completed. If you need to change cards 

Your card on file will not be charged until the day after your service unless payment is made in full at the completion of your service.

Our prices are service based with several factors from the type and amount of products being applied, the square footage being cleaned, and even the number of services being provided.

 We will ask a few important questions and also use satellite measuring technology to get precise square footage.
